To add a shipping address, click on Account Info. The details of your account are displayed. Click on the Add New Shipping Address button to add a new shipping address. |

No. You cannot delete any address but you could change it by editing it. |

To check the status of an order, click on the Order Status link.
If you know your order number and the type of transaction (orders,
quotations or return orders), enter it and click on the Submit button.
To view multiple orders, enter the purchase order number if provided by

All the orders you have placed with us (both through the web and through other means) are listed.
Click on the order number whose status you want to check.
The order details are displayed along with the tracking numbers for the shipments made.

| Red Barn Computers will ship Asus, MSI, and Sager notebook computers internationally, but we can not ship our Red Barn Custom computers (Laptops or Desktops) overseas. |

| How do international customers pay if you don't accept international credit cards? |
Since we don't accept international credit cards, international customers can pay using one of two methods: Google Checkout or PayPal. You will need either a Google account or a Paypal account to use these checkout methods. If you don't have one, you can create one during the checkout process. |

If you are a registered user and have forgotten your password, go to the Login page and simply

Sorry, our industry works on such slim margins that we are unable to offer a price protection plan to our customers at this time. The computer industry is constantly changing and we update the prices on a daily basis to reflect the most up to date prices. If we receive any type of promotions or are able to offer free shipping discounts, we do so immediatly. If this was to ever change, we would definitly make this well known to our customers. |

| You may return the item within 30 days of receipt for either an exchange or a full credit minus shipping costs (if you received any promotional shipping rates, the full shipping costs will be deducted from your credit). To be eligible for this you must ship the product back to Red Barn Computers in the original packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. You may return software for refund or credit only if the sealed package containing the diskettes is unopened. Also, if Windows XP, Vista or Microsoft Office has been activated, the purchase will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If an issue arises with pre-built computers, notebooks or netbooks such as Asus and MSI products, the customer should first contact the manufacturer to resolve the issue. Red Barn Computers must receive the item back in its original packaging with all original included materials inside. If at the time of receipt, you noticed there was anything missing, you must make a note of this in the RMA before shipping the item back to us. Returned products must be in as-new condition, and all of the manuals, diskettes, power cables, and other items included with a product must be returned with it. (If for any reason a return is received back with physical damage to the item (Scratches, dents etc) the repair costs will be deducted out of the refund amount.) Red Barn Computers will not refund shipping and handling cost and insurance costs. Any rush processing fees paid to expedite your order are non-refundable. In the event that Red Barn Computers approves a return outside of the above quoted return time a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
