Rock On, Red Barn!!! ... this is my 2nd computer system that I have had built by you guys. A few years ago, I know I needed to upgrade my 200 MHz Aptiva. I did a lot of research comparing the big name brands. I have to admit that at first I was a little reluctant to brake away from the brands you always hear about, but my better judgement kept telling me to get away from proprietary hardware. Boy, I just couldn't have been happier with this decision. Couple this with the absolutely fantastic warranty policy that RBC has and you have an unbeatable deal. The boys at the store worked with me to get exactly what I wanted in my system. A smokin' system at a very reasoable price!!! ..... save yourself some grief, go with the professionals!!! ... I recommend you guys to everyone!!! |

| I recently brought my RBC computer in because the top 1/2" of the screen wasn't rendering properly after purchasing a new monitor. Instead of just blaming it on the monitor (not from RBC), they determined that there was some incompatibility between the graphics card and the monitor and upgraded the graphics card for free. Thank you for the great service! |

| Absolutely amazing, is the only way for me to describe the server Red Barn made for our TV station. decided to try them and we have had a positive
experience with the 'Red Barn Computers'. They helped us figure out all the details of what we need for our computational needs, going through our list of wants and needs.
The effort and the time spent was very much appreciated by the 'buying group' in our lab, since most of us are not experts on the hardware side of computing. After the initial buy, we found that one of the motherboards had a minor flaw and needed replacement; it was replaced the very next day, by their technician, in our lab.
We are impressed by the technical knowledge of their engineering team, the patience of the technical support team and the quick response to
our needs. We will use them again, and recommend them to others.

How wonderful it is to stop in and visit if I need an upgrade, questions answered, accesories or service. That is very important to me having spent some hard-earned cash on my new computer.
Having shopped around, even those online out-of-area stores, nobody came close to the local service that I received at both the Upper Front Street store and the Vestal store. I also appreciate the fact that my computer's specs are kept in your system. So when I call with a question on my sound card, for instance, you can look to see which one I have and answer my question.
